Go to the dentist as soon as you can! You can’t make this go away yourself.
put some orajel on it for now and call your dentist and set up an appointment IMMEDIATELY
look, you will most probably have to get it extracted,if a major part of your tooth is gone.
but for now you can take a painkiller and any antibiotic.and get professional help ASAP.
Get some Sensodyne or like toothpaste I use Aquafresh sensitive, also a bottle of Listerine or another brand with alcohol in it, get some max strength Oragel paste not gel or liquid use qtips to apply it to your molar it will stay for a while the paste has plasticizers in it to help it stay on tooth. The best medicine for a toothache is Ibuprofen(generic name) Motrin/advil (name brand) take the dosage they recommend, I take 2 tabs every 5 hours. I know in the past when I have been given it from doctors the dose is 800 mg every 6 hours so that would be 4 tabs every 6 hrs max that is only if 2 (400)milligrams don’t work after an hour has passed and no relief take one more tablet I am positive all of this will give you some relief. Good luck toothaches suck bad I have alot of them myself so I know how you feel :/
I had exactly the same problem a few months ago, and found myself here asking the same kinda question at 3am. I tried everything from peanut butter to raw onion, salt water to clove oil…nothing worked.
All these things people tell you…they really don’t work…sorry. Get to the dentist. You might need it taking out like me, but a half second sting from and injection followed by a few hours of dull aching afterwards is nothign compared to what I’m sure you are feeling now.
There is one thing from the chemist you can get…can’t remember the name, but its a temporary do at home filling, but sounds like this wouldn’t really be appropriate for you, and it wasn’t for me either really…if you can’t get a dental appointment though there is no halm asking or giving it a try anyway. Good luck
