To stop bleeding you need pressure placed on the socket. Keep biting on gauze and change the pads every 30 minutes. Also you can bite on a tea bag and the tannin in the bag will help with the clotting. Bleeding will slow by 90% in a few hours and by tomorrow morning will be totally stopped. Do not y rinsing for the first 24 hours as this will make things worse. Didn’t you get a post op instruction sheet from the dentist on how to take care of the extraction? Good luck.
